Residents and visitors are now able to pay for parking in the City through the ParkMobile app. The app provides a quick and easy way for users to make contactless payments without touching high-touch surface areas. The app is available at the following locations:
- Paint Street (from Water Street to 4th Street)
- Second Street (from Walnut Street to Mulberry Street)
- Parking Lot by the Elks Lodge
- Parking Lot across from Paper City Coffee

You can pay your parking citations by mailing payment to 95 E Main St, Chillicothe OH 45601 or by visiting the Chillicothe Municipal Court at the same location. There is a drive up window for your convenience.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, check or money order.
NO charge cards accepted at this time.
If payment is not received within 14 days of citation issuance of a $10 late fee will be applied.
