Oktoberfest

Join us on E 2nd St in downtown Chillicothe on Saturday, September 21st from 4p-10p for this year’s annual family friendly Oktoberfest.  This year Petland will sponsor Wiener Dog Races in the Majestic courtyard starting at 4pm and we will also provide a Kids Station where we will have face painting.   This evening you can dance the night away to tunes from Hazel’s Roadshow and Mulgee Run, enjoy some traditional German fare and beer or try your luck at the beer chugging, yodeling or stein holding contest. For a chance to win “best dressed”, come dressed in your best dirndl, lederhosen or German garb.  Admission is $5.00/per person or $3.00/per person if wearing German clothing. Proceeds go towards the downtown flowers and the downtown Christmas lights.
