Join us on E. 2nd Street in Downtown Chillicothe on Saturday, September 19, from 3:00–10:00 PM for our 7th Annual, family-friendly Oktoberfest—a full day of fun, food, music, and Bavarian flair!

Back by popular demand, Petland proudly sponsors the crowd-favorite Wiener Dog Races, racing through the Majestic Courtyard starting at 5:00 PM. 🐾

We’ll also have a Kids Station packed with face painting, hair braiding, and other fun activities to keep the little ones smiling.

As the evening rolls on, dance to local live music, dig into traditional German fare, enjoy a cold beer, or test your skills in our beer chugging, yodeling, and stein-holding contests. 🍺 This year’s stein-holding competition is extra special—it’s a State Qualifying Venue! The top male and female winners will earn a spot at the Ohio State Championship for a chance to compete at the state level.

Feeling festive? Break out your dirndl, lederhosen, or best German garb for a chance to win Best Dressed!

All proceeds support downtown flowers and Christmas lights, helping keep Downtown Chillicothe beautiful all year long.
